Fitness for me is an opportunity to live an active and exciting life! Being active, especially while enjoying the outdoors, has always been a part of my life. As I got older, I noticed that many people my age were no longer as active as they used to be. However, I still enjoyed working out, climbing 14ers and completing obstacle course races even though I was in my 50’s. As we age, our bodies naturally lose muscle mass, flexibility and mobility, but with the correct focus and program, anyone of any age can start, improve, or maintain their fitness journey. I believe in being determined, dedicated and disciplined to be fit and I would love the opportunity to share my passion for an active lifestyle with you!
